The strategic goals are to allow people to design, promote and implement a better society that:
  1. refuses wars
  2. wants to leave in peace with the world resources
  3. focuses on the well being of its community
...other principles that we will build together.
 
It is utopisitc yes, but we do have all it needs to start working on it.

    I am not aware of any existing strategies or processes.
    I am however inspired by similar initiatives like wikipedia and stackoverflow on one side, and the Venus project on the other side.

      I would start with defining the name, society 2.0 is just a placeholder.
      I would then find a logo and motto.
      Then create the site to start collaborating on topics.
