Collaborators of this idea can simultaneously edit within this space.
The  button with the pen in the left top corner enables editing and the  button with expansion arrows next to it expands this item to the whole screen so as to focus on it better
All changes are directly seen by all users.
A chat functionallity is included here but also the workspace owns its own "Chat" space under top menu "Chat" button.
The button next to it called "Meet" once pressed opens a live tele-conference space dedicated to this idea where all idea collaborators can communicate with a/v in real time and discuss any development issues and strategies.
The "Add new item" enables us to add new development topic under the category we chose.
This idea is based on the "Course development" template. At the moment there are 5 templates to chose among them once from when sharing an idea ("Share you idea" top menu btn) but many MORE can be easily added once somebody provides the skeleton and the relative descriptions.
 
  • The result of this spce can be exported to a document
  • Real time a/v communication based on rtc is also included here (see "Settings" btn in pad top menu)
  • Documents relative to idea topic can be uploaded and shared, herein this space, with the rest of idea collaborators
  • "e-mail notifications" on the right corner of this page enables or disables notifications' reception about activity on this workspace.
 
*Idea Administration

Idea Administration

Owner and administrators of an idea once they have presses "Admin" btn can visit a space to perform basic idea admin tasks. These among other include the following:
  • Browse portal users and add new users to idea
  • Invite users not members of the portal to our idea by using their email
  • Make a collaborator administrator
  • Delete  user or revoke admin rights
  • Change Update idea title, description or acces rights / idea-space visibility
  • Upload/change idea logo
 
* User Administration

User Administration

Drop down list next to our name and avatar (top right page corner) provides some basic user admin activities. These among others include:
  • Update our profile data (name,avatar,...)
  • Access notifications (e.g. requests from other users to join one or more of ideas which we admin or own
  •  A list with all "our" ideas
